These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the pet939 online gaming platform, accessible at https://pet939.org and any associated mobile or web application (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pet939 ("pet939", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally licensed online gaming operator.

1 Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by pet939 or any third-party responsible gaming body recognised by pet939.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or playing games on the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pet939 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.

2.1 Verification Procedure

pet939 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at pet939's discretion: a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your residential address, or a screenshot or confirmation of your registered mobile payment account (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pet939 will result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on pet939, you must complete the registration process via the pet939 Login page and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one pet939 account. Operating more than one account — whether using the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pet939 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all associated transactions, bonuses, and balances without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your pet939 Login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pet939 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pet939 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

All details registered on your pet939 account — including your full name, date of birth, CNIC number, and registered payment details — must match your actual identity documents. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pet939 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. pet939 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not operate currency exchange services.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount for JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs 200. The minimum deposit for bank transfer methods (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) is Rs 500. Deposits are generally credited to your pet939 wallet in real time for mobile wallet methods and within one to four hours for bank transfers, subject to the payment provider's processing times. pet939 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete). Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pet939 processes approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods and within one to four hours for bank transfers during standard business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering

pet939 operates in full compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) standards as required under its international gaming licence. Deposits must not originate from illegal or unlawful sources. pet939 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with AML obligations. Funds suspected of being the proceeds of criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pet939 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or market. General rules applicable to all products are set out below.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is accepted by pet939 only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to you upon confirmation. pet939 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event with incorrect odds due to a technical error, manifest error, or any other reason pet939 deems appropriate.

5.2 Manifest Errors

pet939 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that results from an obvious and demonstrable error, including pricing errors, incorrect event listings, or technical failures. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to your account. pet939's decision regarding manifest errors is final and binding.

5.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on pet939 covers PSL matches, international Tests, T20Is, and ODIs involving Pakistan and other major cricket nations. All cricket bets are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In-play bets are subject to ball-by-ball confirmation and may be suspended during stoppages, reviews, or technical interruptions. Bets on abandoned or postponed matches will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.

5.4 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on the pet939 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game-specific rules, paytables, and RTP figures are accessible within each game's information panel.

5.5 Fishing Games

Fishing games, including Caishen Fishing, are skill-influenced arcade games played for real PKR stakes. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pet939 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all associated bets and balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the pet939 Platform to gain an unintended advantage. Any such vulnerability must be reported to pet939 immediately; exploiting it rather than reporting it will be treated as a serious breach.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including coordinating bets to exploit promotions.
• Conducting arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that circumvents normal wagering risk.
• Using the pet939 Platform for money laundering, financing illegal activity, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with pet939.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party, or transferring your account to another individual.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, where doing so would expose pet939 to legal liability.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pet939 customer support agents or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pet939 Platform — including but not limited to the pet939 logo, brand name, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pet939 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pet939 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or use any pet939 trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent from pet939.

Any unauthorised use of pet939's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law, for which pet939 reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pet939 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; loss of data; unauthorised access to your account by a third party; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or interruptions in service caused by maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond pet939's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pet939 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

11 Privacy & Data

pet939 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, date of birth, CNIC details, and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of Platform services. pet939 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your pet939 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, pet939 will process any eligible remaining balance to your verified payment method subject to the standard KYC and AML checks. Any active bonuses at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.2 Termination or Suspension by pet939

pet939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) pet939 suspects fraudulent activity, AML violations, or any other unlawful conduct; (c) a player fails KYC verification; (d) a player is found to be under 21 years of age; (e) a regulatory authority requires pet939 to do so; or (f) pet939 ceases to operate in a particular jurisdiction. Where a suspension or closure is initiated by pet939 due to a player's breach of these Terms, pet939 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, the limitation of liability, and the governing law clause — shall continue in full force and effect after termination.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pet939 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body specified by pet939's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pet939 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its users.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pet939 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pet939 will provide notice by: (a) posting a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage; (b) updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document; and/or (c) sending a notification to your registered email address where feasible.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
